Gold futures lower in U.S. trading

Gold futures were lower in the U.S. trading session on Wednesday.
August gold futures on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange were trading down 0.22% at USD3,320.89 per troy ounce.
The previous session low was USD3,314.15 per troy ounce. Gold is expected to find support at USD3311.40 and resistance at USD3395.30.
The U.S. dollar index futures, which track the performance of the U.S. dollar against six major currencies, rose 0.40% to USD99.83.
On Comex, July silver was trading down 0.69% at USD33.08 per troy ounce, while July copper was trading down 1.32% at USD4.68 per pound.
